Leander City Councilwoman Kathryn Pantalion-Parker Endorses Chang for Place 1

LEANDER, TX – Stephen Chang today announced that Kathryn Pantalion-Parker, Leander City Councilwoman for Place 1, has endorsed him:

The decision to retire was not easy, but necessary. I just needed the right candidate with integrity and priorities in place to step in so I could walk away with confidence knowing that Leander is in good hands. As I got to know Stephen, it was clear that he is the right person to represent Leander next in Place 1.
