Williamson County Constable Jeff Anderson Endorses Chang for Leander City Council, Place 1

LEANDER, TX – Stephen Chang today announced that Jeff Anderson, Williamson County Constable for Precinct 2,  has endorsed him:

“For over 36 years, I’ve had the honor and privilege to serve and protect the public as a law enforcement officer, and in 2021, I was elected as constable for Precinct 2, which serves Leander. Working in law enforcement, and as a long-time resident of Leander, I see firsthand on a daily basis the challenges that our city faces as it rapidly grows. Issues related to public safety stemming from our rising population, including increased traffic fatalities and the potential for crime, mean that now more than ever we need leadership at City Hall that understands these concerns and works with law enforcement to address them.

“I believe that Stephen is precisely the kind of leader that we need for City Council in Place 1. He listens, understands these concerns, takes them seriously, and will help to address them to keep the citizens of Leander safe. He will support our law enforcement and ensure that they have the resources needed to effectively serve the community.

“I fully endorse Stephen, I ask that you vote for Chang in the upcoming election to keep Leander safe!”
